Home and School Association

All Souls Home and School Association is comprised of parents, staff, and administrators who help build community through fundraising, service, and social activities. There are numerous volunteer opportunities available and many ways to contribute ones time, talent and treasure. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month in the Home and School Room. Please check the All Souls School Calendar for specific dates and times. All parents and staff are welcome to attend.

    Pastor

    The Pastor serves on Home and School Executive Board as administrator of the parish and provides leadership to the association.


    Principal

    The Principal serves on the Home and School Executive Board as administrator of the school and provides guidance on school related matters.


    ELC Director

    The Director of the Early Learning Center (ELC) serves on the Home and School Executive Board and provides guidance on preschool related matters.


    President

    The President of Home and School facilitates the meetings, serves on the Education Advisory Council, and oversees the various committees.


    Vice President

    The Vice President of Home and School assists the president, represents Home and School at teh Parish Fair, organizes staff gifts for various holidays and events, identifies board members for the following year, and assumes the role of President the next school year.


    Treasurer

    The Treasurer of Home and School will work in conjunction with the Pastor, Principal, and Parish Business Manager to manage budgets and oversee costs and expenditures.


    Secretary

    The Secretary of Home and School records meeting minutes, and manages communication of Home and School related events to other board members as well as the All Souls Parish and School Community.


    Athletics Director

    The Athletics Director serves as the liason between Home and School and the School Athletics Program. Youth sports start in 3rd grade continuing through 8th grade. Coaching and supporting All Souls Athletics is a wonderful way be involved with your children, celebrate All Souls team spirit, and always “Play Like a Champion”.


    Catholic Schools Week Committee

    Catholic Schools Week is a week dedicated by the Archdiocese of Denver to celebrate and promote Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese. The week is filled with fellowship including a mass and lunch to honor grandparents and relatives plus student, parent and teacher appreciation days. Catholic Schools Week promotes all the wonderful things a Catholic education has to offer.


    Parish Council Representative

    The Parish Council Representative serves as the liason between Home and School and the All Souls Parish and helps to ensure thorough communication between school and parish.


    Fundraising - Auction and Dinner Committee

    The Fundraiser Auction and Dinner Committee organizes and manages the annual fundraising event. The fundraiser is a large scale event comprised of an auction, raffle, dinner, and entertainment with the goal of raising funds for the school. An event of this size needs many volunteers, to help with decorations, acquisitions, ticket sales, and class projects to name a few. If you love to plan parties, then this is the ultimate party to plan.


    Fundraising - Spirit Nights Committee

    This Fundraising Spirit Nights Committee organizes community fundraisers and Spirit Nights at Qudoba, Razzle Toys, Corner Bakery, and other merchants who donate a percentage of their sales back to All Souls.


    Library Committee

    Library volunteers play an important part in keeping the library running smoothly. Volunteers share the joy of reading with the children during story time. Various library shifts are available for grades ELC through 5th grade. In addition, the Library Committee assists the library staff with various types of fundraising, including the Scholastic Book Fair and Bookies Spirit Night.
